- Notes: The certificate reads in part: "In recognition of your outstanding contribution to the manned space flight programs. This flag was flown on the first international space mission Apollo/Soyuz, July 15-24, 1975." It is signed with an autopen signature of Christopher C. Kraft, Jr., Director of JSC.
