FLOWN United States Flag Carried to the Lunar Surface. An approximately 4x6 inch silk flag mounted onto a Typed Letter Signed by Mrs. James Irwin. The flag was carried inside Lunar Module "Falcon" and logged over 66 hours on the lunar surface. NASA, 1971
