Foley, the first a Document Signed, appointing Foley as the Chairman of the Inaugural Committee, the second a Typed Letter Signed, thanking him for his work on the committee. Each 1 page, single 4to sheets, the letter on White House stationery; two holes punched in the top margin of the appointment, mat burn and light toning to the letter but the signature bold.
