  • Notes: An issue of Benjamin Franklin''s newspaper. Includes an interesting (though brief) bit of news : "Last night came to Town some Indians from Ohio, a Branch of the Mississippi, all Warriors . . . on a Visit to this Government, about some particular Affairs relating to the War betwixt the English and French in those parts." A long advertisement for Franklin''s Poor Richard''s Almanack describes it as "just published." Two advertisements are printed in both English and German. Miller 427.
