Withthe holograph mailing envelope. Nicely framed. Ann Arbor, November 1921 [postmark] E1,000/1,500 "If you like my poetry half as well as Ilike yours I shall be satisfied: you may have Good Hours to use in any anthology you please. My very best wishes to you and Mr. Filsinger and may we sometime meet again as pleasantly as when you and Vachel [Lindsay] and all of us were going to write a poem a piece on John L. Sullivan." Sara Teasdale Filsinger (1884-1933) American poet, married Ernst Filsinger in 1914 and divorced in 1929, courted by fellow poet Vachel Lindsay. Lindsay and Teasdale committed suicidein 1931 and 1933 respectively.
