- Notes: The inside panel has an Rx for patient "Typhoid Mary" and recommends a flight in an open cockpit aircraft, a neato hunting trip for polar bars, and concludes with: "Rest assured, your friendly, considerate Back-Up crew is always looking out for your best interest." The card has been signed by the Apollo 16 back-up crew of: "Freddo" (Haise), "Stu" (Roosa), and "Ed" Mitchell.
