New York: U.N.I.A., 20 February 1926 E250/350 1926 was a particularly difficult year for Garvey, convicted of mail fraud and in prison at Atlanta. Factions within the U.N.I.A. attempted to take it over and sub-vert it. This sheet, signed in print by Secretary Joseph A. Craigen, was a call for unification within the movement world-wide at a planned convention in March.
