[18] (of [20]), 408 pages; title trimmed with loss of imprint and mounted, lacks the following leaf with printer's preface. Black letter. Small 4to, early 19th-century 1/2 calf gilt, front joint starting; contents clean, with only a clean tear across upper margin of 2A4. Masonic bookplate of the Supreme Council, 33°, dated 1900.
