  • Notes: a wonderful group containing some uncommon gorey ephemera. The most important items include: Lucky Little People: Rumpelstiltskin and friends finger puppets set and figures. Unopened. New York: Scholastic, 1973 * Proof page of Eclectic Abecedarium, Gorey's miniature book from 1983. 13 images and title-page, recto and verso, uncolored as were sent to Gorey for watercoloring. Provenance; the Gorey archives, donated by the Edward Gorey Charitable Trust, with a letter of authentication (dated 2008). (1983) * 5 celluloid sheets for Gorey theater productions on Cape Cod's Theater on the Bay, likely used for advertisements. Includes: Tragic Secrets, Heads Will Roll, INverted Commas. And two unlettered illustrations. Printed in black on clear 8vo sheets. [1995] * Scarce signed prospectus for Twayne Publisher's works by Merrill Moore, illustrated by Gorey. 1 folded folio sheet, printed red on yellow paper.
