33 1/4x23 3/4 inches.

Like so many of his comrades, Borisov graduated from the Vkhutemas school, after which he delved into the world of film poster design. The majority of his posters are collaborations with fellow designers (Prusakov, Naumov and Zhukov), with very few images bearing his name alone. This politically oriented film portrayed the antagonism between the business class and the working class, showing a wealthy factory owner overseeing a workman. Borisov had probably seen the Stenberg Brother''s poster for "The Eleventh" (Pack p. 125), as he employs the same graphic trick of inserting photomontages into the lenses of the Capitalist''s large glasses.
