It is a glorification of the house of Tudor, and especially of the actions of Henry VIII. This copy conforms to Bartlett's collation of the 1548 first edition issued without tables, though the one remaining preliminary leaf is apparently from a later issue, and tables for Edward IV and Henry VII are bound in. Owing to the overall bibliographical complexity of this work, sold as is.
