Album containing 64 photographs of the Hawaiian landscape, its lush vegetation, and native inhabitants, including artfully composed views of craters and seascapes near Honolulu and Waikiki, details of an enormous fan palm, bungalows and tropical homes, canoes and yachts, and a series of elegantly garbed hula dancers. Printing-out paper, platinum, and silver prints, 6 3/4x4 3/4 and 2x3 inches (17.1x12.1 and 5.1x7.6 cm.), mounted 2 to 12 per page, recto and verso; numbered in the negative with captions, in ink, on mount recto. Oblong 4to, gray wrappers, front cover detached. 1890s
- Notes: with--Group of 4 promenade cabinet cards of Honolulu, including a native woman on horseback, children swimming in a waterfall, and 2 views of a city. Albumen prints and one printing-out paper print, 3 with captions in the negative and notations, in ink, on mount recto. 1890s.
