According to Harrison, " The Metropolitan Scene, a portfolio of prints by Richard Anuszkiewicz, Helen Frankenthaler, Adolph Gottlieb, Nicholas Krushenick, Roy Lichtenstein and George Segal commissioned for a traveling exhibition organized by the Education Department of the Metrolpolitan Museum of Art, New York. The museum received 10 Roman-numbered copies for this purpose. Tanglewood Press then released all but Gottlieb's print in an edition of 50." Harrison 12.
