the label Inscribed and Signed by Hermann to Martinka, "Dear Mr. Martinka, This frame is a relic of my late Uncle Carl Hermann. I take pleasure to presented [sic] to you for your valuable collection of apparatus used by celebrated Prestidigitaters Sincerely yours, Leon Hermann," 5 1/ 2x8 inches; considerably browned, large chips at edges, affecting several words of the inscription, including the name "Leon." A true Hermann curiosity, but sold as is. Np, circa 1895
