The Frenchman Sardina takes issue with Houdini's treatment of Robert-Houdin in The Unmasking of Robert-Houdin. accompanied by --ALS from Sardina to Manny Weltman, speaking of Robert-Houdin and asking questions regarding Houdini. 3 pages, 8vo; with the mailing envelope. Nice, 10 October 1970. Also included is a photocopy of a letter written by Robert-Houdin, sent to demonstrate that Robert-Houdin was capable of writing his own letters and books in perfect French, unlike Houdini who couldn't write perfect English.
