- Notes: Dated 13 February 1805, this message from Thomas Jefferson includes the final copies of 3 treaties, each negotiated by William Henry Harrison, for land in Ohio and along both sides of the Mississippi. Each is signed in print by Jefferson, having ratified the treaties with the advice and consent of the Senate. Hargrett refers to this treaty as "very rare." Gilcrease-Hargrett, page 187; Sabin 96591.
