  • Notes: first edition. Scarce work prepared, according to the dedication, for James Oglethorpe and the Georgia colonists. Written in the form of dialogues, the work was to be used as a missionary manual on Christianity, intended for both Indians and slaves. The work went through numerous editions throughout the 18th and 19th centuries, but the first edition has become scarce. Sabin 104690.
