Progressively designed, modernisitic American photomontage images designed to help Navy personnel recognize enemy aircraft in the skies. An exceptional group of avant garde images created by The Training Division, Bureau of Naval Personnel, depicting soldiers, pilots and seamen and the silhouettes of various planes, each one with a flap revealing the true identity of the aircrafts. with- miltary magazine ads designed by the same artist.
Sizes vary
- Condition: Condition varies. Generally B+: some mounted to paper; all but two with reproduction flaps affixed to front. Each hand-signed in pen by the designer.
