Dedicated "To Gladys Billings--with my warm regards" and signed (twice) in pencil, lower margin. Both signed, titled and inscribed "Imp." in pencil, lower margin. Both published by Associated American Artists, New York. Both with marginal mat stain and margins adhered to mat, verso. Both good, dark impressions.
