First edition, limited issue, quarto; number 950 of 1,000 copies, this being one of 750 printed on handmade paper; bound in full white cloth, spine ruled in gilt with a green-blue gilt-lettered morocco spine label, edges uncut; original blue printed wrappers preserved and bound in at front and rear (marginal dampstain to page 490, a few thumbmarks; soiling to cloth, front hinge cracked but not affecting original wrapper, area of plastic residue to pastedowns); housed in a worn custom morocco-backed clamshell box; 9 3/8 x 7 ¼ in.
