- Notes: Uncommon report by Jefferson as Secretary of State, extracting letters from 1782-93 in the Department of State concerning relations with Great Britain. The final 32 pages contain the text of original letters in French. According to Evans, this was issued within Washington's 5 December 1793 Message... Relative to France and Great-Britain and also issued separately without title-page and with an attestation by Jefferson on page 116. This copy the separately-issued edition.
