Folio, modern orange linen with leather lettering piece, spine blistered; dampstaining in outer margins through most of volume, sidenotes on 2N2 shaved, old ink shelf mark and stamp of Cork Cathedral Library in margin of a number of leaves. Bookplates of John Murphy, Bishop of Cork (1772-1848), and the literary scholar Norman Endicott (1902-79), the latter designed by Leo Wyatt. Antwerp: ex Officina Plantiniana Balthasari Moreti, 1640
