Lucky Bucky in Oz. Three Copies.

1) Chicago: The Reilly & Lee Co., 1942. First edition, first printing, quarto; illustrated throughout by the author; bound in teal cloth with spine vignette as called for, pictorial label to front board, illustrated endpapers; in the publisher's pictorial jacket featuring the "Bucky of Oz" Wartime note on the rear flap (price clipped, edge wear, spine panel touch darkened, minor stain to verso; spine caps just pushed, few spots to front fly leaf, effaced pencil ownership inscription); 9 x 6 ½ in. 

2) Another copy, as above; bound in light-tan cloth (lacking jacket; crayon coloring to many illustrations; rebacked, small split to cloth at spine cap, light soiling, pencil ownership inscription); 9 x 6 ½ in. 

3) London: Hutchinson's Books for Young People, 1945. First British edition, quarto; bound in full red cloth stamped in black, illustrated endpapers (lacking jacket; somewhat worn); 9 5/8 x 7 ¼ in.
