Judy Garland in Concert.

Lithograph, 20x19 inches. Signed by Hirschfeld and numbered 17 5/525 in pencil, lower margin.
"Judy Garland's performance at the Palace concert [1963] was sold out, with people hanging from the rafters. As for the drawing, it's a good combination of solid blacks and lines. I liked the idea of the one eye and the nose and the other eye just disappearing into that black hat and glove. It captures how far Judy had come by this time from that yellow-brick road or that house on Kings Highway in Meet Me in St. Louis." HOL/155.
