KALANAG'S DOVE PAN.
KALANAG'S DOVE PAN. This dove pan with its stand was regularly used by Kalanag (Helmut SCHREIBER 1903-1963) in his shows. Kalanag would show the pan empty and then it would burst into flame. Upon returning the lid to the pan and then once again removing it, four doves would appear. This electrical apparatus is operated by a pedal concealed in one of the three feet of the stand. 46 inches tall (117 cm). Germany, circa 1930.
