Airbrush painting of a number of dancing black women. 18.5 x 22.5 inches; very stylized Art Deco depiction, the women in grays and white with red highlights on mauve background; matted and framed. Np, circa late 1920s-early 30s E800/1,200 Gertrude Alice Kay 1888-1939), pupil of illustrator Howard Pyle, was a member of the Artist's Guild of the Author's League of America and the National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors.
