Condition A: minor abrasions in image. Silkscreen. Paper.
Throughout his career, Tanami has been a graphic designer, illustrator, animator and experimental filmmaker. He also designed album covers for The Monkees and Jefferson Airplane. In 1975, he became the first Art Director of the Japanese edition of Playboy Magazine and is currently a dean at the Kyoto University of Design and Art. This is from a series of three anti-war posters the artist designed in 1967.
