  • Condition: The portfolio entitled "Social Context, Larry Fink." 1975-91; printed 1991 is in nearly excellent condition.

Internally, the photographs are all in excellent condition; individually matted and neatly presented. The prints are lustrous and contrasty, with deep blacks and bright highlights, and no flaw on their surface. The wide margins and versos are also bright and clean, each with Fink's signature, title, negative date, and edition notation 2/25 in pencil, on verso.

The titlepage is clean, but evidences a light fold on its lower edge. The folio-size cloth presentation case is soiled, especially on verso, and with bumped corners, as you can see on the accompanied images.

Still, a splendid portfolio that exemplifies Frink's "New social photography" style, in a limited edition of 25.
