She mentions Lamar Tech, where she has enrolled, asks about his work and job prospects, then introduces and describes her family. She and her mother have discussed having a home wedding, asks his opinion and reflects on her life after leaving San Francisco, writing that the real world is differ-ent, that everyone should leave and that now she is more normal (wearing dresses, makeup,etc.) but is still not quite the same as everyone else. She concludes the letter telling Peter about her new clothes and draws sketches of them at the bot-tom of the page.
