The table titled "State of the Debt of the United States" shows a balance of $11,250,000 in "Louisiana stock" and the large table titled "A General Statement of certain Appropriations" shows $3,750,000 as payment for claims of citizens against France assumed by the U.S. "by virtue of the convention of the 30th April, 1803."
