Typed Letter Signed, as Senator, to a constituent, thanking him for his letter, and expressing in uncompromising terms his belief that the "voting qualification laws in every state in the union shall be applied equally to all citizens in that state... [and that] Since 1945 all qualified Texans have been voting in Texas."
