- Notes: one of 100 presentation copies, additionally inscribed by printer horace hart accompanied by a letter addressed to a Professor Mark Baldwin, explaining his reluctance to give up this, one of his personally reserved copies, to him. As Baldwin is a good friend of the Press, however, he gifts this copy and inscribes it for the Professor.
