2 pages, 8 1/2x11 inches. Also signed by H. L. Letts and others. Holes punched in the top margin.
The agreement allowed Fox to release the soundtrack with Decca, but without Marilyn's voice (Dolores Gray was used instead) since Marilyn had an existing recording contract with RCA.
