Group of internal memos and telegrams relating to Brando's pulling out of production on The Egyptian (1954). February 1954.
Together, 9 items. Lengths vary, 8 1/2x11 inches or smaller.
Includes a lengthy memo from Lew Schreiber to Frank Ferguson giving a chronology of problems with Brando on set and a series of telegrams between Ferguson and Brando's psychiatrist who declared him mentally incapacitated. However, it is believed (then and now) that Brando refused to make the film because he disliked the script and co-stars.
