Additionally tipped in at the end of this volume is a program for a performance in Carlisle Pennsylvania, from 1882 The other with an engraved portrait frontispiece of Clinton B. Fisk and three other plates. The text of both is identical including the printed music at the end of each volume. 8vo, gilt pictorial orange cloth and gilt pictorial green cloth; spine lettering to the first volume rubbed, otherwise identical in binding and condition.
