A brilliant, early impression with the burr printing strongly. McCarron notes that Lewis delivered to Kennedy Galleries a total of 66 impressions, of which 41 were returned to the artist. Lewis noted in his record book that he kept 20 of the returned impressions, implying that he destroyed the remaining 21, leaving an edition of approximately 45. McCarron 86.
