Folio, contemporary calf, rebacked, worn at extremities; first signature A bound incorrectly after D (per Church and Holmes), minor marginal annotations, dampstaining affecting upper inner quarter of first 3 books, leaves 6L2 and 6L3 with smaller margins apparently taken from another copy; modern bookplate of Richard Gerry Durnin tipped in on front pastedown. Following the text are both undated Thomas Parkhurst ad pages as described by Church; the first out of register and trimmed, the other worn and extended at the inner margin, both with slight loss of text; lacks errata leaves, which were printed later in Boston. London, 1702
