London, 1839 E1200-1800 Though derivative, this expansive map is rarely seen as it appeared only in the published version of the Prince's Narrative. The map includes an inset of the Missouri River and an inset of Itaska Lake. The attractive cartouche shows Niagara Falls in the background while the foreground is filled with Indians, buffaloes, and other native American wildlife.
