- Notes: Map of the United States is similar to that found in Mitchell''s Traveller''s Guide but covers a slightly larger area. The folding table is essentially an index to the folding map and a list of steamboat and canal routes. Though it appears to be integral with the work, we find no bibliographic references which list it. Rumsey 521 (without the folding table); Howes M686.
