Elaborately framed. Washington, 6 April 1812 E800/1,200 Cranch (1769-1855) jurist, served on the D. C. circuit court for 54 years and as chief justice for 50 ofthose years, reporter for the U. S. Supreme Court, nephew of John Adams.
