Pen and brown ink over traces of black chalk on cream laid paper. 203x311 mm; 8x12 1/4 inches. Small scepter (?) or hand watermark. Ex-collection Friedrich Städel (Lugt 2356, verso). With attributions to Poussin in ink verso and on the mount recto.
An attribution to Frans Boudewijns (1682-1767) has been suggested.
