- Notes: This broadside details the election procedures for the representatives to the Second Congress, with the term for the newly-elected officials to commence in March 1791 for a two year period. OCLC locates only two copies, with Evans identitfying an additional copy at the Library of Congress. We sold another copy in October 2004, signed by two selectmen, for $2200. Evans 22704.
