Unusual lithographed bird's eye view of the real estate development, with vignettes of local sites (including an early view of Edison's laboratory and manufacturing plant), and text extolling the virtues of the development, 560x700 mm sheet size, side margins with a portion measuring 15-mm folded over to fit in the frame; several very small areas of loss at intersecting folds. New Jersey, circa 1870
- Notes: Very unusual advertising piece in the form of a bird's eye view. Watson Whittlesey was a major developer in New Jersey at the time. His developments are cherished today because of the fine materials and purity of architectural style utilized in his developments.
