Group of 3 albums with approximately 160 photographs comprising images of the construction of the New Criminal Courts Building and Jail for New York City, with images of the foundation, the construction workers, the piping and equipment, the compressor room, and images from above. Silver prints, 7 1/2x9 1/2 inches (19x24.1 cm.) and the reverse, each flush mounted to a canvas backing, with a hand stamp and typed caption on mount verso. Oblong 4tos, leather, one with a typed title attached with tape. 1939
- Notes: with--A group of 19 loose photographs comprising photographs of construction on Wall Street, wood and steel piping, 3 photomontages featuring hand drawn architectural studies of the girders and supports under Wall Street, and others. Silver prints, 83/4x51/2 to 91/2x71/2 inches (22.2x14 to 24.1x19 cm.) and the reverse, many with title and date in the negative. 1915-1917.
