OKITO (Tobias Theodore Leendert BAMBERG 1875-1963). Group of 5 albumen photographic portraits of a young Okito, each approximately 6x4 inches (15x10 cm), one card showing Okito in Western dress standing in front of an Okito poster, another showing Okito in Oriental garb standing beneath an umbrella with a person in black-face, the remaining showing an Oriental clad Okito performing a trick; all mounted on 3 pieces of card stock, with 4 of the photos on 2 cards mounted with overlapping corners, one of the cards with a mounted printed label identifying the magician. Circa 1900-1910.
