Mitchell and address of the magazine's West 31st Street headquarters from 1895 until about 1930. Pen and ink on paper. 495x768 mm; 19 1/2x30 1/4 inches. Signed in left image.   • Notes: Lowell (1871-1956) was an active illustrator for 6 decades. He was a member of The New Rochelle Artist Colony which also included his friends Norman Rockwell, Coles Phillips, and J.C. Leyendecker. Lowell's steady stream of clients appreciated the quiet humor that infused his works. He was inducted into the Society of Illustrators Hall of Fame in 2010.
