Etching and aquatint printed in bistre on cream wove paper, 1982. 450x310 mm; 17 3/412 1/4 inches, full margins. One of only a few proofs. Signed, titled, dated and inscribed "A/P" in pencil, lower margin. A very good impression of this scarce print.
Otto Neals learned printmaking at the Printmaking Workshop of Robert Blackburn, studying with Roberto De Lamonica, Mohammed Khali and Krishna Reddy. In addition to etching, Neals is an accomplished printmaker in viscosity printing, woodcut, and lithography. According to the artist, only a handful of impressions of this striking print were printed.
