payable to Cesar Augustus of the 3rd Connecticut Regiment, on a single 8vo sheet; each Signed by Oliver Wolcott, Jr. as Secretary of the Treasury. Hartford, 22 August and 29 November 1780
- Notes: Cesar Augustus enlisted in the Continental Army on 24 April 1777 for three years and served in Captain Barnard's company of the 3rd Regimant, Connecticut Line. He was discharged 24 April 1780.
