- Notes: Apart from one twenty-year-old, the patients range in age from 1 to 13 and were treated for bow legs, spastic diplegia, foot drop, congenital clubfoot, paralytic clubfoot, hammer toe, hollow foot, pes equinus, ostitis fibrosa localisata, hallux valgus, paralytic clubfoot, congenital hallux varus, hysterical paralysis of the arm, and coxa vara duplex. Inside the front cover is written "Dr. med. Hans Winter" above a mounted small double portrait photo that may or may not be of him. A physician of that name was affiliated with the Orthopädische Universitätsklinik in Frankfurt am Main around the time these photos were taken.
