An extraordinary image for a brand of motorcycle that was very popular in France between the wars. Seen head-on, a stylized rider is hunched over his handlebars. With a small injection of science fiction fantasy he is depicted with what can only be interpreted as haute design, Art Deco wings. In fact the image is a photomontage, as his motorcycle is a black and white photograph. The oversized lettering adds to the bizarre visual impression creating a superb image.
